At the Thrive 360 Conference, I will lead the wellness session and artistic component of the event, bringing my expertise as an Afro-Colombian cultural educator, Fulbright Scholar, and Afro-Diasporic dance instructor. Rooted in my heritage from the Chocó region, the session will invite participants to explore movement as a pathway to wellness, joy, and collective empowerment. Participants can reconnect with themselves and each other, highlighting the role of art in fostering resilience, healing, and thriving communities.
